  • New Zealand - free delivery to all New Zealand addresses
  • Australia - $15 NZ to deliver to all Australian addresses
  • Rest of World - $20 NZ to deliver to rest of the world.

New Zealand Delivery Information

Myescape offers free delivery to New Zealand customers.  We aim to deliver all orders to New Zealand addresses in 2-4 working days.  However, sometimes during busy periods deliveries it may take longer.  If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days please contact our customer service team at customercare@myescape.co.nz

All shipments within New Zealand are sent via Courier Post.  Once your item has been shipped you will be sent an email to inform you that your parcel is on its way and advise of your parcels tracking number which you can use to track your items progress through the Courier Post website www.courierpost.co.nz

Australian Delivery Information

Myescape offers delivery to anywhere in Australia for the small set amount of $15.00 (NZ). We aim to deliver all Australian orders within 3-6 working days.  However, sometimes during busy periods deliveries may take longer.  If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days please contact our customer service department at customercare@myescape.co.nz

All shipments to Australia are sent via Australia Post.  Once your item has been shipped you will be notified.

International Delivery

Myescape can deliver anywhere else in the world for the set price of $20.00 (NZ).  As all orders are shipped from here in New Zealand they can take anywhere from 4-14 days to be delivered depending on the destination address.  If you have not received your delivery within 15 working days please contact our customer service department at customercare@myescape.co.nz

Once the item has been sent you will be notified of the freight provider.

Please note that any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.  If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy when shopping with us but understand that with online purchasing you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable.  We like to take the risk out of your online shopping by guaranteeing to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 30 days in a saleable condition with all labels and barcode tags intact. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear (briefs, g-strings and boxers) unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose so please check the size chart carefully before ordering underwear.

Please note myescape does not offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion so please choose these items carefully.

New Zealand Return Shipping

Myescape offers New Zealand customers free return shipping on any full priced items purchased.   To return an item, simply place it back into the original post bag and place the return sticker (which will be included in your original order) on the front of the bag then take to your nearest post shop. This gives you free return shipping of the goods to us.  Please include a note with your name and the reason for return and/or send an email to customercare@myescape.co.nz to let us know what item you are returning and why. 

The refund will be processed once your goods have been received.  Please note that it may take 5-7 working days for the refunds to show in your account.  The money will be refunded on to the card or PayPal account that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.

Please note myescape only offers free return shipping on the first exchange.  If you purchase a product and exchange it for another product myescape covers those shipping costs.  If however you then wish to return the exchanged product for either a refund or to get something else then you will need to cover the cost of postage.

International Return Shipping

International customers will need to cover the cost of return shipping of items.  Please note the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We strongly recommend that you send it recorded post and always retain proof of postage. Myescape are not able to refund the postage paid for international order returns unless the item is faulty.  If this is the case please send or email a copy of the invoice for postage paid.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item from your order, this is not a problem as long as the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.   Myescape offer New Zealand customers free return shipping on full priced tems purchased not as part of a sale or promotion.  

To return an item for exchange place it back into the original post bag and place the return sticker (included in your original order) on the front of the bag and take to your nearest post shop. This gives you free return shipping of the goods to us.  Please include a note with your name and the details of the item you wish to exchange it for i.e. size, style, colour or send an email to customercare@myescape.co.nz with that information.  As soon as we receive the returned item we will dispatch the replacement item.  

Please note if you have already exchanged an item once and wish to exchange that replacement item then myescape does not cover the cost of posting subsequent items out.
