Competition Terms and Conditions

1. By entering this promotion you agree to our terms and conditions. 

2. Myescape ltd, 15A King St, Arch Hill, Auckland, is the Promoter. This promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

3. This promotion is restricted to New Zealand and Australian residents only. Employees of myescape ltd, advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to enter the promotion, nor are the members of their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, defacto and life partners).

4. To enter, participants have to ‘like’ the myescape page on Facebook to access the promotion details and complete all the details on the entry form including answering the question. Entry into the promotion is automatic upon completion of a correct and fully completed online entry form. 

5. The promotion will operate for 10days starting on Saturday 5th May 2012 and closing at midnight on Monday 14th May 2012. Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry. 

6. Participation in the promotion is limited to one entries per person.

7. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect,delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

8. One winner will be drawn on Wednesday 16th May 2012.

9. The winners will be notified by the email address provided. The Promoter’s decision is final.

10. Prize will be sent out to the winner to the shipping address provided. 

11. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners will need to allow at least 1 week after the closing date of the promotion for the Promoter to finalise and dispatch the prize.

12. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit. 

13. In accordance with the Privacy Policy, the Promoter reserves the right to publicise the winners’name and their responses to the questions for publicity purposes
