All shipments within New Zealand are sent either via Gosweetspot or Courier Post. Once your item has been shipped you will be sent an email to inform you that your parcel is on its way.
Myescape offers delivery of clothes or small items to Australia for the small set amount of $15.00 (NZ). Myescape charges $25 to deliver larger heavier items like yoga mats.
The only exceptions to this are if you live in a remote areas of Australia. If you live in a remote area of Australia then we charge an additional remote area fee of $30.

Myescape can deliver anywhere else in the world for the set price of $35.00 (NZ). As all orders are shipped from New Zealand they can take anywhere from 4-14 days to be delivered depending on the destination address. Please note that any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. We want you to be happy when shopping with us but understand that with online purchasing you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. We like to take the risk out of your online shopping by guaranteeing you can return any item you are not completely happy with for a store credit as long as you return it within 10 days in a saleable condition (with all labels and barcode tags intact).
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear (briefs, g-strings and boxers) unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose so please check the size chart carefully before ordering underwear.
Please note myescape does not offer credits, refunds or exchanges for items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion so please choose these items carefully.
Customers will need to cover the cost of return shipping of items. Please note the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send it recorded post and always retain proof of postage. Myescape are not able to refund the postage paid for returns unless the item is faulty. If this is the case please send or email a copy of the invoice for postage paid and we will reimburse you.
If you wish to exchange an item from your order, this is not a problem as long as the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
To return an item for exchange. Please send it back to us at myescape, 21 Ridge Road, Waiake, Auckland 0630. Please include a note with your name and the details of the item you wish to exchange it for i.e. size, style, colour or send an email to email@example.com with that information. As soon as we receive the returned item we will dispatch the replacement item.
Please note if you have already exchanged an item once and wish to exchange that replacement item then myescape does not cover the cost of posting subsequent items out.
